name. Our team of engineers will log the fault, provide a reference number
and from there act swiftly to find a fix for the problem. At all times,
you can log onto our website and track the fault progress.
Virtual Helpdesk
Convergent Technologies premier service. We act as your IT department
in every way. From managing budgets, attending meetings, managing contractors
/ service agreements, we can cover all of your IT needs with a single
point of call.
Using our extranet technology, you can link to your virtual helpdesk
direct from your intranet (if you don’t have an intranet, we can
build you one of those, at a cost obviously). Log faults online, track
